A $50M housing development rising in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City’s historic Granary District, Makers Row blends industrial heritage with modern urban living. Designed for professionals with purpose, the space reflects the grit and refinement of the neighborhood it calls home.

As the graphic designer on the project, I developed the full visual identity for the complex — exploring multiple logo iterations, refining the color palette, and building a brand system that honors the district’s industrial roots while positioning Makers Row as a forward-thinking residential destination.
